We are very fortunate to have 6 full time, factory trained Field Service Technicians at East Coast. They are supported by our local warehouse, parts personnel and office support staff here in Halifax.
Our team are constantly learning new information about the industry and various manufacturers products we represent. We recently took a day to bring everyone together and provide some service training and discuss how we can better assist our customers.
