East Coast Laundry Systems has always been committed to providing the best customer support possible and that hasn’t changed. With the unprecedented global situation, we are taking every step possible to protect our staff, our customers, and our communities.

Our staff have all been instructed to follow provincial health guidelines but also adhere to any specific procedures you need us to follow for any on-site service visits. Please speak with our staff to advise us of any special considerations that need to be followed to visit your facility.

We are also able to provide free technical phone support which may include video phone support to help diagnose and resolve minor issues. Our parts warehouse is located in Halifax and we are still able to ship any parts you may need for your laundry equipment. Additionally, we have a large stock of new equipment in order to replace machines not able to be repaired and assist in limiting any downtime for processing linen.
